NOTICE TO PARENTS!!
We are in desperate need of volunteers to help with our
responsibilities at Harmon’s PTA Day.
We were lucky enough to be selected as a
participating school at Harmon's PTA Day this year! This
means that 1% of Harmon's total sales in the store on February 6 will be
donated to our PTA organization.
But we need parent involvement.
We are in charge of manning a booth
at Harmon's PTA Day, Thursday, February 6, from 3-8pm. We need volunteers for
2-3 hour increments (or as long as you can) to sit at our booth and help with a
craft activity (all supplies provided) or bag groceries
at 1 check stand.
Both of these activities
require PARENTS ONLY. We are not allowed to
bring children under the age of 16, and if we do, will relinquish our portion
of the donations. Harmon's will provide a snack buffet in their break
room upstairs for all volunteers.
We have had NO volunteers as of yet, and if we do not
provide the required volunteers, we will forfeit our portion of the
proceeds.
