Days of Service update

Thank you so much to all the students and their teachers for taking time out of their days to do some service.  And also a big thank you to all the parents who helped donate items and to the wonderful room parents who came and helped our students with the projects.  We were able to make 7 ABC Books to send to Africa to help those kids learn English. The kids did such a great job with their pictures!

 

 Our 4th & 5th Grades tied 34 blankets to give to Primary Children's Hospital.

We took 1 giant box and 4 garbage bags worth of stuffed animals to American Fork Credit Union.  These stuffed animals go to Utah Valley Family Support & Treatment Center in Orem, Salt Lake Valley Family Support Center (locations in Midvale, Taylorsville, West Valley City and Sugarhouse), House of Hope (SLC, Provo and Ogden) and Family Connection Center (in Layton/Clearfield and Bountiful).  The bank members were so thankful for the generous donation that our school gave to them.

Food Drive Winners

We had such a great food drive this year!  Thank you to all the students and their families for the items donated to the Utah Food Bank.

Our school donated 4,568 items

 We announced our top 3 class winners today at our assembly they are:

Days of Service

Parents and students are welcome to join us after school on November 26 from 2:45-4:30 in the library to help finish any projects that did not get completed during school.
